Meet sweet little Ari.

His mama and I worked together and she was one of my very first friends here in Arizona when we moved here almost 11 years ago. We’ve been really great friends for a long time and I have had the pleasure of photographing a couple other of her sweet babies as newborns so this session was very special to me.

I was excited to use this angora bunny bonnet that I knit. It was the perfect fit.

Ari looked amazing in this color bonnet and this white bucket.

 

Love me a perfect little baby profile

I absolutely adore capturing those tiny little details. I love how you can see him smiling off to the side.

10 perfectly pink little toes. Just some of the things that give me massive amounts of baby fever. 🙂

Gah. Those LIPS. So obsessed with this little baby boy! I just love him to pieces!

I was trying to get a similar pose that we got of big brother when he was a newborn but he didn’t want to settle in the pose like I had planned. I ended up leaving him just as he was happy and I still love it so much.

 

My favorite pose which I always save for last. I absolutely adore little Ari on this gorgeous blue backdrop. He was perfectly content in this position and I could have just sat and watched him snooze away all day.
