Phoenix Baby Photographer | Sophia is One

To say that I had a blast working with Sophia would be an understatement. She was SO much fun and an absolute riot! So many adorable expressions. So much personality from such a little one. I am so lucky that her parents brought her to my studio.

Little Sophia is on the MOVE so she didn’t stand next to the big number one for very long. Just long enough to snap a quick one.

Sophia was just happy happy, no matter where we put her. I sort of wanted to keep her! I have always wanted another baby girl.

Such a cutie and she looked so good in pink. Love the little crown that mom brought.

This one really makes me giggle. Daddy thought we could pose her like a newborn. LOL! So funny! This was the only time during the session where she looked a little unsure of the situation.

Now on to my FAVORITE part! The cake smash! Sophia loved it and had no problem digging in and making a mess. I just love the gorgeous cake and so did Sophia. A majority of the one year olds that come in for cake smash sessions are really hesitant with the cake smash. Not little Sophia! She smashed that cake up like a boss, showing those other babies how it’s done.

Bath time after the cake smash is the perfect way to clean up and makes for some adorable pictures. Sophia had so much fun in the bath! The rubber duck was very intriguing to her and she had great time trying to catch bubbles.

Central Arizona Newborn Photographer | Oliver and George

I was SO excited when Oliver and George’s mom booked a session with me. It’s been a while since I have done a twin session. These two cuties were a bit past the typical newborn age window at 8 weeks of age but like I have said before, I love a challenge. Luckily another amazing newborn photographer in the area was available to assist with the session and it could’t have gone smoother. These two were just a dream to work with!

They were both little chunksters but Oliver was the heavier of the two tipping the scales at somewhere between 12 and 13 pounds. I am sure that much of his weight was in those sweet little cheeks. George was a bit smaller at around 11 pounds or so. He also had some pretty amazing cheeks.

How cute are these little bears. 🙂

How gorgeous is Oliver and just look at those amazing lashes!!! I die! How perfect is little George? These two just have the best names ever!

Oliver looks amazing in sage green. I was so happy that the hats that I knit fit these little clunkers.

George had a more fair complexion and looked so amazing in this light blue…

I want to snuggle these sweet boys! They are absolutely gorgeous and prefect in every way!

What a wonderful session this was! I had so much fun working with these sweet boys and I cannot wait to see them for their 6 month milestone session!

Scottsdale Arizona Newborn Photographer | Baby Laksh

Oh sweet little baby boy Laksh. This little guy made me work. Little did he know that I LOVE a challenge and the challenge was happily accepted. This is the third time I have worked with this incredible family. They are a genuinely nice and very close knit family. I just love to watch them interact.

It doesn’t get more beautiful than this. <3

Grandma and Grandpa joined for the session too! They were the nicest grandparents ever!

Of course I had to put Laksh in a box and stick a bear hat on him. He looked SO cute in this set up! I love the contrast of the white hat against his gorgeous golden skin. I love that little guy flashed me a BIG old grin! SO cute!

One of my favorite set-ups on the cream flokati. So simple and timeless and we got a little peek of Laksh’s gorgeous eyes!

Baby feet are the best and I love when parents include their wedding rings in the shot. You can see just how tiny his feet are.

Gotta capture those little toes being wiggly too…

Baby Laksh looked so handsome in blue. I love the little fuzzy bonnet in this image.

I just loved how little Laksh looked against cream and had to include another simple cream set-up. He looked so snug laying in the fluff.

Such an awesome session even though little Laksh made me work my tush off! It was nice to have some extra snuggle time in with this little newbie. Did I ever mention how much I love my job?
